Juliana Vielma

A dedicated and detail-oriented practitioner, Juliana entered the unique world of Ashtanga Yoga more than eight years ago. Under the guidance of Amado Cavazos and renowned teachers such as Lino Miele, Tim Miller, and Baptiste Marceau, she mastered the first three series of Ashtanga Yoga, becoming a respected reference within the practice for her elegance, subtlety, and exceptional command of both movement and breath. Juliana’s practice is deeply rooted in tradition and reflects a high level of technical precision and execution.

Her extensive knowledge of anatomy enables her to teach with a highly individualized approach, skillfully guiding students through precise adjustments that help them advance and evolve their practice safely and effectively. Her understanding extends beyond the physical body into the subtler energetic systems, embracing Bhakti Yoga as a direct path to the divine while continually deepening her exploration of the wisdom and transformative power of mantra practice.

Ashtanga México is led by Amado and Juliana, who have worked together for several years to preserve and share this profound tradition and method with dedication and authenticity.
